Legends of Gath #1; Places Dark and Deep

Well, here we are. Day one of the "Safer at Home" protocol in Los Angeles/California. I called Department of Fish and Wildlife to see if I could still sling a lure around the beach. Waiting to hear back. In the meanwhile, here's the first of a series of maps. Stay sane, people.

  1. I ply the Godless Mutants with wine and ask them to tell me stories of their fallen god. I spend the time noting their words and tell these mutants if they allow me to leave I can spread their tragically, beautiful stories.

  2. I show them how Dagon is one of THE Metal gods as inscribed on the sacred scrolls of the Encyclopedia Metallum, and regal them with the prophecies of St. Dio and St. Halford.

    1. Thank you so much, Mr. Byers! I hope all is well. I was just thinking about you the other day as I was sifting through my notes. Current events inspired me to dust off the apocalypse of my own creating. ;)

    2. All is well here, though the governor of Virginia has just issued a lockdown order until June 10 (!). Going to be teleworking for the next two months, I guess. My wife just asked last night if we could do some gaming, so I'm going to start running her through your stuff! Hope you continue to stay safe and healthy for the duration!

  4. I wish I had seen you had started posting these BEFORE I ran my session last night. I went with a Mad Maxish thing because that was the first thing that popped into my head, if I had been reading these, I would have more likely gone this direction!

    1. Thanks, my friend. You watched Aniara so you can totally see where I was going with this. Lost souls going bonkers in the darkness. I had a good time last night. It was refreshing to laugh. :)
