Legends of Gath #55; Governor Gathmer

Life in the Gath-pocalypse continues to get weirder and more intense. I draw these absurd vignettes because it's all too much to comprehend. Best wishes to Gov. Whitmer and her family. She seems like an articulate, brave person. I'm glad her would-be assailants were so incompetent.

  1. I'm still trying to sort out the handcuffs under the bed, the Scotch in the toilet at the magazine of 5.56 in the oven. Total freak fest.

  3. No matter how bleak the apocalypse, someone somewhere knows how to have a good time. I salute them!

    1. Thank you. Yeah, it's coming along. Next up is the verse about the Angel of the LORD slaughtering 135,000 Assyrians, which is where the whole apocalypse idea came from. No nukes. Just God made flesh striding the land with Goliath's sword that Kind David himself once wielded. Swing, swing, swing and a chop, chop, chop.

    3. As a fun thought experiment it's interesting to look at the Angel of the LORD through the lens of the Trinitarians who believe that God made flesh was Jesus so every time the Old Testament mentions the Angel of the LORD, well, it's JC. Kind of a trip. Makes my head hurt.
