Die, Skeletal Pirates!

Played some 2e today. In one melee, the party faced down a group of skeletal pirates who wanted to once again plunder a village they had savaged years ago. The party's druid was killed in the battle due to 2e's dead at 0 hit points rule.

  1. Doh! There you go! Taking on a bunch of skeletal pirates without a Wizard! Tsk.

Sorry buddy! I'd be "there" if I could!

    1. I think the druid is wishing a wizard could have come up with Bigby's Crushing Hand to save him from the undead pirates.

  2. Shouldn't it be, die again skeletal pirates. I hate losing a perfectly good druid. Such a waste.

  3. Those are some nice ruined houses. Might I ask who makes them?

    1. it was pretty fun. D&D plays in a familiar, methodical manner that was rather nice after a long, tiring week.
